Detailed Information
Potassium nitrate fertilizer is a water-soluble fertilizer that is a high-concentration source of nitrogen and potassium. Although this fertilizer can be used throughout production, it is recommended especially from the fruit set period onward. It is extremely effective on fruit quality. It contains a high amount of potassium. It makes grains and fruits larger, plumper, firmer and more vividly colored. It increases the food values of the produce such as sugar, protein, aroma compounds and vitamins. It also prevents fruit drop, one of the biggest agricultural problems. Since it contains no sodium, chlorine or heavy metals, it can be used safely on all plants. It can be applied mixed with all water-soluble fertilizers and chemicals. It should not be mixed with calcium compounds.
