NITROGEN FOR YIELD, PHOSPHORUS FOR YIELD
Diammonium phosphate is a two-nutrient fertilizer. It contains 18% nitrogen (N) and 46% phosphorus (P2O5). Since its nitrogen is in ammonium (NH4) form, it is especially effective during the early growth stages of plants.
It speeds up root development in plants. It accelerates germination. It is the richest base fertilizer in terms of phosphorus content. DAP is the phosphorus fertilizer that should be preferred in calcareous soils.
